Dear Scandilabs Community,

I hope this email finds you in good health and high spirits.

I am thrilled to share with you the extraordinary experience I had at the Biohacking Conference held in Orlando last weekend. It was an unforgettable journey into the world of human enhancement, where science, technology, and self-experimentation converged to unlock our full potential. Biohacking, as defined by the visionary Dave Asprey, the father of Biohacking, is the process of using science, technology, and self-experimentation to take control of and upgrade our own biology.

It encompasses a wide range of practices, including nutrition, exercise, sleep optimization, and cognitive enhancement. The conference provided a deep dive into these realms and showcased remarkable tools and technologies that left me in awe of the possibilities. The exhibition hall was a treasure trove of innovation, featuring advanced wearables, neurostimulation devices, and so much more. I had the privilege of trying several captivating tools, but one that stood out was the state-of-the-art Ammortal bed. This extraordinary device integrated infrared, sound, frequency, oxygen, and light therapies to induce deep relaxation and healing. After just a 25-minute session, I felt both deeply relaxed and remarkably energized, a truly transformative experience. Another notable tool I tried was the BrainTap device, which analyzed my brain activity before and after use. Witnessing the difference in my stress levels and the impact on my brain was incredible and underscored the power of these cutting-edge technologies.

The conference featured a lineup of inspiring speakers who shared their expertise and insights. Dr. Mercola shed light on the importance of optimizing vitamin D levels and educated us on the damaging effects of seed oils on our health. Vitamin D levels should be between 60-80ng/ml (most people are between 20-30mg/ng) To up your levels, Vitamin D needs to be taken together with Vitamin K and fat.

Scandilabs Immune Formula+ is a great way to achieve optimal levels.

Jim Kwik, a renowned expert on brain function and memory, provided practical tools for enhancing cognitive abilities.

And the British mind architect, Peter Crone, delivered a mind-blowing talk on overcoming limiting beliefs and transforming our lives through the power of the mind. The breakout sessions were equally captivating, covering a diverse array of topics within the biohacking realm.

From optimizing sleep patterns to enhancing brain function, each session provided valuable knowledge and practical strategies for personal growth. Beyond the tools and sessions, what struck me most about the conference was the sense of community and shared enthusiasm among all the attendees.

Engaging in thought-provoking discussions with fellow biohackers, exchanging ideas, and learning from their experiences created a profound sense of belonging and a reminder that we are all on a collective journey toward unlocking our full potential. In conclusion, the Biohacking Conference in Orlando was an unforgettable and transformative experience. The tools, inspiring speakers, and captivating breakout sessions expanded my horizons and reaffirmed my belief in the limitless possibilities of human enhancement.

As we navigate this exciting era of biohacking, I encourage you to embrace the evolving landscape and embark on your own journey to unlock your true potential. Wishing you continued health, happiness, and a relentless pursuit of your own human potential.

In Health and Strength, Alexandra and The Scandilabs team.
