After returning from a two-week trip to Europe, followed by my husband’s journey to Singapore, the contrast between health standards abroad and here in the U.S. couldn’t be more glaring. Upon landing back in Orlando, it was impossible to ignore the troubling reality: we’re not just fighting an obesity epidemic—we’re battling an entire system stacked against us. How Do We Fight Back? Solutions for True Health
While it may seem like the odds are stacked against us, there are ways to take back control of our health. By making small, deliberate changes, we can reduce our exposure to harmful toxins, heal our bodies, and promote sustainable health for ourselves and our families.
